SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders usually ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please be sure to request the proper shipping method for your needs, particularly if you have ordered an item that does not ship the next business day. You will need to add the days required for shipment to transit times for these items.

Ground Delivery arrives in 4-10 business days.

Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, US Territories:

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories costs more and can be done via custom quote. We regret that items that are shipped via freight carrier can not be shipped outside the contiguous US. Items that ship via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex - after your order is placed, you will receive an email with the shipping cost which you must approve in order for us to process your order.

International Orders:

We ship some items (excluding large furniture) to most of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. International orders must be shipped to the verifiable billing address on file with the credit card company - we can not ship to an alternative address that is not on file with the credit card company.

International shipping (including Canada) costs more and can be done via custom quote. We regret that items that are shipped via freight carrier can not be shipped outside the contiguous US. Items that can ship via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex can be shipped internationally. After your order is placed, you will receive an email with the shipping cost which you must approve in order for us to process your order.

Duties & Taxes: Please note that our custom shipping quote does NOT include duties and taxes. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges



INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. Shipment of international orders may take up to 2-3 business days after the order is placed to ship. The average delivery time is 1-4 weeks, but we are unable to guarantee delivery times. A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped.

Important Information for Canadian & International Customers

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:

If you are receiving a large item delivered by freight or trucking company, the furniture carrier will call you to set up a delivery time(usually a 4 hour window.) Standard Delivery includes delivery inside the main threshold of your home. It is imperative that you are present to inspect the furniture in the presence of the driver and note any damages on the delivery ticket.

For an addtional fee, Premier Delivery is offered on many of our items and includes placement in the room of your choice and unpacking and removing the packing materials.

FREIGHT COLLECT:

If an item is shipped freight collect this means that you pay the shipper for the actual shipping charges when they deliver the merchandise. The shipping company will call you to set up a delivery time (usually a 4 hour window.) We can give you an estimate of delivery costs before you order.
