HOW TO SHOP:

Simply click on “add to cart” to put an item in your cart – this does not commit you to buying the item. After placing an item in your basket, you may either proceed to check out or continue shopping. You may remove anything in your basket at anytime by clicking on “Remove” which is found next to the item in your basket. SHIPPING:

Orders for in stock items received by 5:00 PM (EST) are normally shipped the next business day. Please note that many of our items are custom ordered or special ordered and require additional processing time, as noted in the item description.

Express and Next Day Air: In stock items - Orders received before 12:00 PM usually ship the same business day, orders received after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Special order items - production times will be stated on item page.

DELIVERY TIMES

Because many products, including furniture and bedding, are hand crafted or made to order for you after you place your order, production and shipping times posted in the product descriptions are estimates. We make every effort to have your order shipped as quickly as possible. Sidney Brooks LLC dba Cradle 'n Crib cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International Shipping ~ Please note that we can not be responsible for any import fees, duties or taxes.

SALES TAX:

Virginia residents add 5% sales tax.

BILLING:

After receiving your order we verify that the item is still available; there is a small chance that an item you ordered was ordered at the same time by another customer. We will send you a confirmation when we ship and bill your order.

COUPON/DISCOUNT POLICY

If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box on the order form.
